Your RoleAs a Network Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and supporting our network infrastructure. You will configure, support, maintain customer network and ensure successful execution to deliver high-quality outcomes. You’ll collaborate with top industry talent to develop innovative, reliable, and scalable solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs.You’ll be part of a culture that values learning, teamwork, and excellence—where diversity is respected and contributions are recognized. Key Responsibilities· Configure, support, and maintain Cisco routers and switches.· Manage Cisco Wireless and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).· Troubleshoot and configure Cisco routing and switching protocols· Work with advanced networking concepts such as VRF, MPLS, MP-BGP, and IS-IS.· Plan and execute network hardware/software upgrades (Lifecycle Management).· Monitor network performance and resolve issues proactively.· Lead root cause analysis sessions and major incident reviews to resolve recurring issues.· Collaborate with other network engineers to troubleshoot complex performance issues. Preferred Qualifications· Hands-on experience in data centre operations and smart hands support.· Certifications such as CCNA or equivalent.· Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN), Cisco ACI, and Software-Defined Access (SDA).
