You will be responsible for the techno-functional solution of O9 solution design, requirements specifications, consulting on functionalities implemented, testing of deployed planning process with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of Richardson/Houston, TX or Raleigh, NC or Phoenix, AZ or Indianapolis, IN or Atlanta, GA or Lisle, IL or be willing to relocate to any of these locations. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this timeAt least 4 years of Information Technology experienceProven years of experience in supply chain solutions.Hands-on experience with O9 Solutions, this role involves planning configurations, workflow modeling, UI design, action buttons, procedures, solver performance tuning, report design, user stories refinement, and assisting Client Success teams in solving complex production issues.Proven ability to support client success teams by refining user stories and resolving complex production issues.Preferred Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong team management skills.Proficiency in relevant software and tools.Experience in a consulting role.Knowledge of additional supply chain management software.Certification in O9 Solutions or related fieldsResponsibilities include but are not limited to -Implement and configure O9 Solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring that the system is tailored to the specific needs of the organizationCustomize planning configurations and workflows to optimize performance, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effectiveDesign and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessaryDevelop user-friendly interfaces and action buttons to improve user experience, ensuring that the system is intuitive and easy to useOptimize solver performance for better results and faster processing times, ensuring that the system operates at peak efficiencyCreate comprehensive and insightful reports for stakeholders, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisionsCollaborate with teams to refine user stories and ensure they align with business needs, working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable tasksProvide support to Client Success teams to resolve complex production issues, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to O9 SolutionsAssist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to O9 Solutions, ensuring that any problems are quickly identified and resolved.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
