Must work from office Experience required: 3 years of relevant experience.Responsibilities:VOD Pipeline production support for TVOD, SVOD, C3 Restart, 4K & Adult titles flowing through Open Video workflow & legacy workflows to support Streaming & Satellite productsVOD Pipeline Non-Prod Support - Triage/ validate the VOD Content Processing, Process, System, and Software QA. Monitor VOD incident detection tools for alerts and issues.Onboarding providers to New Workflows for the Migration to AWS Cloud.Manages AWS/Aspera account creation for providers.Management & App Support of VOD Aspera Instances and other legacy VOD applicationsMaintain provider relationships for Content DeliveryManage System Integration activities for any migration efforts as/when neededIdentify opportunity and implement automated solution using DIRECTV Tools with intent of reducing incident MTTR and manual effortPreferred:Experience in Media/ Video domain: Knowledge of video processing components, Broadcast and Streaming operations.Familiarity with OTT streaming products and systemsExperience in VOD workflows for Broadcast and Streaming platformsProficient knowledge in ITIL (Incident / Problem / Change management) practices.Experience with troubleshooting, systems analysis and data analysis.Experience with administrating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and configuring various systems in a Linux or Windows environment.Experience with scripting languages such as SQL, python, and UNIX shell scripts.Experience with software development or infrastructure and software deployment automation.Familiar with Agile software development practices Ability to make decisions and work under high stress situations Attention to detail and completing work with high degree of accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.Good to have: Automation Experience with Java.
