Candidate should be well versed in finance process flows. Candidate will be driving ERP Cloud and on-premise solution by interfacing with key customer stakeholders. Candidate should be able to provide a solution for the user stories based on Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS financial applications. The candidate will be driving the solution by breaking down user stories through deep dive sessions and functional design sessions. Candidate is expected to have hands-on experience on at least 2-3 Oracle ERP Finance implementations. Candidate should have experience in working in Global delivery model and especially in Agile methodology. The candidate must be able to deliver high quality deliverables for a module and lead a team during design, build, integrations, testing and support activities related to implementation. Candidate should also be able to participate in transition and warranty support. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education) Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX or Jersey City, NJ or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. Must be willing to travel for major milestones to client locations.4+ years of end-to-end hands-on experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Oracle’s ERP Cloud and EBS suite of products such as Payables, Fixed Assets, BPM (workflow) Invoice, Payment's processing and General Ledger etc. Strong functional understanding of all the Oracle ERP Financial Modules Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution design and functional design Experience in Business Process redesign or transformation Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from onshore Experience in driving requirement gathering sessions, conduct CRPs and demos and run pilots to showcase ERP Finance products Experience in delivering training to users and managing multiple deliverables at the same time Experience in technical integrations, conversions on financials modules, requirement gathering, US Withholding Tax 1099 forms generation and EBusiness Tax Must be able to build OTBI and BIP Reports Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
