As a Performance Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.4 years of Information Technology experience.Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Fort Mill, SC or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.This position may require travel in the US and Canada.At least 4 years of software testing experience.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Preferred QualificationsReview approved requirements and technical design documents and develop the performance test strategy and planCollaboration with other teams including Development, Architects, Business and Production Support during all stages of PTLCA broad knowledge of performance testing methodology and tools with an understanding of a wide variety of technologies and architecturesIn-depth knowledge working with JMeter and Blazemeter with experience in HTTP, Java, Bean Shell, SOAP SamplersStrong Knowledge to design performance testing and monitoring framework for non-functional testing (load, volume, stress, capacity and scalability) Strong knowledge in understanding SQL DB Tuning, Data Requirements and Batch Jobs PerformanceExperience in identifying and providing tuning recommendation for various infrastructure components such as Application Servers, Database Servers (SQL, MongoDB) , Middleware (MQ, Kafka) and Web Servers along with long-term architectural improvementsResponsible for implementation of application and log monitoring solutions and should have In-Depth understanding of Monitoring, Profiling and use of tools such as Dynatrace, ELK etc.Conduct application performance reviews with application teams to identify performance and application errorsIdentify bottle-necks and tuning points, collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure regarding performance engineering, design, and testingWorking knowledge in various methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, ScrumManage projects and prioritize workload whilst meeting project milestones and deliverable datesKnowledge of micro service architectures, Cloud (AWS/Azure) or Hybrid infrastructureWorking experience in Investment Management or Capital Market domain is good to haveGood Presentation and communication skills. Excellent written and oral communicationThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
