Roles and Responsibilities:Develops solutions to the intended solution architecture for APIs.Ensures that documentation is produced for solutions built to enable the team to support the solutions in production and for future change.Works closely with business owner and analysts to ensure outcomes are met when developing solutions.Provides input in the solution design by contributing to continuous delivery and improvement opportunities.Works under the direction of the Scrum Master and Product Owners from a day to day perspective, with technical and career direction provided by the Customer Solutions Technical LeadCollaborates with all members of the agile development teams.Ensures reuse of solutions and components of solutions in line with best practicesSkill / Competencies / Experience:ESSENTIALGood knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.PREFERRED At least 15 years of experience in Information Technology.At least 12+ years of experience in API Development, Rest API Concepts, Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Postman, Junit, TDD, Bamboo, Maven, Artefactory, Git, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Swagger/YAML/JSONJenkins, Gitlab/Github/Bitbucket highly desirable, integrating solutions using RESTful interfaces, or experience with integrating with third party solutions, security concepts & vulnerabilities on APIs & Web applications and how to mitigate and avoid themExperience in software development life cycleAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentADDITIONAL Excellent customer facing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.At Infosys, we recognize that everyone has individual requirements.
