You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 11 years of experience with Information TechnologyThe location for this position is Rosemead, CA. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.” Preferred QualificationsAt least 11 years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs in at least one of the modules of ISU FICAExperience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries, North AmericaExperience of at least 1 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:Requirement gatheringBusiness process designSAP configurationRICEFW Functional designSystems and Integration TestingResolving production issuesKey process and architectural knowledge in various FICA areas like Incoming & Outgoing Payment, in-depth understanding of Meter to cash cycle, Account Determination, Collection strategy, FICA and Billing Integration, Month End closure and reconciliation, Revenue distribution and fundamental knowledge of other key ISU processesExperience in BRF+ and Dunning by collection strategyExperience and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Product offering in area of FICA and Domain knowledgeStrong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skillsStrong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis of SAP ISU data.Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
