You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose, and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.Location of the requirement is Irving TX. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Preferred QualificationsBusiness processes end-2-end knowledge.1 full cycle EWM implementation is a plus.Good understanding of SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections and EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes.Experience in creation of Master Data i.e., Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc. Should have sound knowledge and experience in configuring / modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM. Along with a strong expertise in setting up the system integration between SAP ERP with SAP EWM.Knowledge about implementing Labor Management, Yard Management and Cross Docking in EWM.Experience in interface development (RFCALEIDocWeb Services).Knowledge about system enhancements and configuration.Experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.Experience in data migrationExperience in Queue monitoring and resolutionKey Skills - • Solid background in SAP EWM functional design, technical development, and integration troubleshooting.• Proven experience in both EWM functional and technical roles across multiple full-cycle implementations.• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain business processes.• Expertise in SAP EWM integration with WCS, TMS, ERP, carrier systems, and third-party logistics providers.• Proficiency in integration technologies: IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Web Services (SOAP/REST), SAP PI/PO, CPI, MuleSoft.• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SD, TM, PP integration points.• Experience with RF frameworks, POSC, LOSC, WOCR, and automation solutions.• Skilled in ABAP development, BADIs, user exits, and performance optimization.• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.• Ability to mentor and lead technical and functional teams.• At least 10 years of experience in Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation /Development • Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
