Your RoleTo provide SAP S4 Hana GTS Functional services for Implementation, rollouts, and support project. RequiredExperience in SAP – GTS Strong SAP technical, configuration and business area knowledge in GTS moduleExtensive knowledge of Installed Base Management, Service Order Processing and Resource Related BillingExperience in Field Service, In-house Repairs, Service Contracts and Warranty Claim ManagementExtensive knowledge of replacement processing including Refurbishment processKnowledge of labor activity posting and integration with time keeping system.Translate user's requests into application system solutionsResolve business issues by working with various groups within the companyRedesign procedures to suggested best business practices in concert with SAP functionalityCandidate must have 4- 5 end to end implementations and 3 - 4 rollout exp with S4 HANAImplementations & GTS project including full scope GTS solution to global market.Design & Build full scope GTS solutionImplementation of new functionalities & Roll-out to new locations.Ability to build lasting relationship with clients and colleaguesFocus on building and sharing knowledgeCombining strong functional and technical SAP skills PreferredCreates the Business Blueprint (BBP) - detailed process design and mapping to solutions, based on design from the IS BA, and contributes to the effort estimationCreates Configuration documentsCreates Functional SpecificationsPerforms Functional TestingWorks with other modules for Integration IssuesPerforms final validation of solution (SIT) before submission to requester to run the User Acceptance TestSupport the Run organization in the incident and problem resolutionAbout UsInfosys is a global market leader in business consulting and technology solutions, which has been named Europe's and Germany's Top Employer 2023.
