The ideal candidate will have fluent English skills, strong functional and technical knowledge, and the ability to work across global teams. This role requires expertise in IDoc troubleshooting, pricing configuration, and incident management.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support SAP SD implementations, enhancements, and production support.Configure and troubleshoot SAP SD processes including order management, billing, shipping, and pricing.Understand and resolve issues related to IDocs, including basic structure, error handling, and pricing logic within IDocs.Proactively monitor communication channels and mailboxes to identify and escalate incidents.Create and track incidents using tools such as SharePoint or other ticketing systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, ABAP, middleware) to resolve issues efficiently.Conduct workshops, training, and documentation for business users and technical teams.Ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintain high service quality.Required Qualifications:Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SD consulting.Strong understanding of IDoc processing and troubleshooting.Deep knowledge of SAP pricing procedures and integration with IDocs.Experience in incident management and monitoring tools.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Strong communication and coordination skills across global teams.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with SAP S/4HANA.Familiarity with middleware tools (e.g., PI/PO, CPI).SAP SD certification.Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments.Soft Skills:Proactive and detail-oriented.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and under pressure.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
