The senior consultant will assess current maturity, benchmark CPG industry practices, identify improvement opportunities, and develop a prioritized roadmap to enhance digital RTM and warehouse management capabilities. This role requires strong process advisory skills and the ability to independently drive client conversations and outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end engagement delivery including stakeholder alignment, diagnostics, and roadmap developmentConduct “As-Is” process evaluations and pain point assessments across RTM and warehouse operationsBenchmark current capabilities against industry standards and best practicesIdentify improvement opportunities and develop a compelling value case for transformationDesign and present a prioritized future-state roadmap with actionable recommendationsFacilitate workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to gather insights and validate findingsCollaborate with cross-functional teams across Mexico and North America to ensure seamless deliveryProvide thought leadership on digital RTM and warehouse management technologiesSupport client in aligning roadmap with strategic business goals and digital maturity aspirationsBasic Qualifications5+ years of consulting or industry experience, with at least 2+ years in CPG or related sectorsProven experience in maturity assessments, benchmarking, and roadmap developmentStrong process advisory and client-facing skills with ability to lead engagements independentlyFamiliarity with RTM and warehouse management technologies and processesExcellent communication and facilitation skills in both English and SpanishStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work across geographies and time zonesBachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fieldScrum certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent)Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, Smartsheet, and Kanban boards Azure DevOpsExperience to lead projects as project manager in multiple delivery methodologies (e.g. waterfall, agile).Preferred QualificationsExperience in digital transformation initiatives within CPG or FMCG sectorsKnowledge of technology platforms supporting RTM and warehouse operationsAbility to build executive-level relationships and influence stakeholdersExperience working in cross-cultural teams and managing hybrid delivery modelsMaster’s degree or MBA preferredConsulting experience with top-tier firms or similar environmentsKnowledge of PowerBIAdditional InformationMexico CityAdditional InformationThis job may entail an extensive amount of travel.
