Support involves System Administrative Services, Business Administrative Services and End User Support Services. Support activity will be in Japan, China & India. It is maintaining Functional and Technical documentation. Providing Windchill PLM customization and Automation of CAD tool as per business needs.The responsibilities include:Facilitating discussion with stakeholders, developing solutions, developing statements of work and coming up with project plans.Planning, supporting Windchill Monthly maintenance and upgrades as per product owner (PTC). Windchill System Administrative Services and Business Administrative Services.Resolve technical and functional issues on Windchill PLM and CAD (SolidWorks & AutoCAD).
