Role Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Consultant to lead the end-to-end business transformation enabled by SAP S/4HANA for a B2B distributor. This role demands deep expertise in distribution, warehousing, and sales operations—including pricing strategies—and a strong understanding of how to leverage S/4HANA to drive operational excellence and digital innovation.Key Responsibilities:Lead the S/4HANA transformation program across distribution, warehousing, and sales functions.Conduct current state assessments and define future state processes aligned with industry best practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Design and implement S/4HANA solutions that optimize inventory management, order fulfillment, and pricing models.Ensure integration with other enterprise systems and data sources.Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and sales.Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
