Align customer and our company metrics for success and quality.Develop detailed program plans and execute them in coordination with department heads and customer stakeholders.Create a master schedule with appropriate milestones, review progress with department heads, identify dependencies and risks, and formulate suitable mitigation strategies aligned with the schedule.Manage scope, schedule, risks, configuration, change management, communication, issue escalation, budget, quality, delivery, contracts, vendor management, and staffing.
