As a Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology. In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.This position may require travel to Project / client locationsPreferred Qualifications:Atleast 3 years’ experience in SAP PP/QM Experience with at least 3 end to end S4HANA implementations in PPQM trackExperience with end to end SAP PP implementation with in-depth understanding of the below modules in SAP S4 Hana Master data – Materials, BOM, Routing, work centers, production tools, Variant configuration (Class, characteristics and their assignment)Planning & Forecasting - MRPProduction processes and it’s SAP solutions – Standard, Remanufacturing, Rebuild, Foundry, Repetitive, KanbanCapacity planningMES integrationProduction order management & execution including availability checks, batch determination, confirmation, WIP processing and reporting, settlement Integration with other SAP modules like SAP SD, SAP PP and SAP FICO (Product costing)Experience on SAP QM (Quality Management) is an added advantageQuality Info recordsQuality Inspection plansUsage decisionsRecord inspection resultsInventory movement for items under inspectionDisposal and scrap managementExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
