Executes transactions as per prescribed timelines, reviews and validates the inputs from the process executives, supports the team lead in trainings, daily reviews and escalation resolution with the objective to meet the SLA targetsResponsibilities Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex networking problemsPerform diagnostic and testing on network equipmentsMonitor and manage network outage incidents and maintain high serviceCollaborate with cross functional teams to provide resolution for network connectivityVOIP installation and configurationIP telephony Quality Planning (QC / QA) – comprehensive quality program for engagementTransition Coordination – Process definition & documentation, SOW/Metric determination, Process Training & CertificationSLA Compliance and Process ComplianceCustomer InteractionGovernance ComplianceKnowledge ManagementProcess Re-engineeringAudits and ComplianceBasic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
