Main activities and responsibilities:Responsible for the creation of testing artifacts including but not limited to test cases, test scripts, test conditions, and execute tests, covering end to end test cycle.Work closely with Raymond James Business and IT partners to utilize business requirements to define and document use case scenarios and test scripts. Actively participate in project planning and coordinate closely with project leads for schedule and plan. Assist in the validation of business/functional flows to ensure solution/design meet business requirements. Log & monitor closure of defects and provide prioritization recommendations. Participate in defect triage meetings or issue resolution discussionsCommunicate test updates, progress, and potential risks in a timely and transparent manner. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting lessons learned and applying them to future projects. Attend project retrospectives to reflect on project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Support the PM in tracking progress of the local teamComplete activities assigned to the Functional QA Consultant, listed below and in the SOW:Functional TestingUnderstand Requirements and Derive Test PlanDevelop Test Cases Perform Test Execution and analyze Test ResultsRaise the defects and Retest once fixedTest Completion and Sign Off Required Qualifications:Advanced knowledge of STLC phases: Requirements Analysis, Test Planning, Test Case Preparation, Environment setup, Execution, ClosureDesign and execution of QA AutomationKnowledge of automation testing solutions Selenium or API REST AssuredBetween 3 and 5 years of proven experience in this roleDesirable: Experience in the investment banking domain (Trading) Additional information:Type of work: CLT, Flexible hours.Benefits package: Transport vouchers, meal vouchers, childcare assistance, life insurance, funeral assistance, medical and dental insurance.Career: Global work on national and international clients and/or projects, possibility of international career movement.
