He should have cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently• Able to front end stakeholders, provide alternate solutions and persuade to align to OOTB solutions• Understanding of best practices and ensure adherence to them• ITIL Foundation certified – desired• Requirement Elicitation Techniques• Business, IT Stakeholders & Vendor Management Skill• Understanding of Requirement Management tool (e.g. JIRA) & UML diagrams• Understanding of Agile way of working – User Story, Sprint model• Experience in OSS/ BSS domain applications• Understanding of Telecom products or services• Should be able to engage with multiple stakeholders like Business, SI partners and System owners to understand, capture, finalize and sign off requirements• Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirementsPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
