The role involves deep technical work in automation, observability, and platform operations.Required Qualifications:• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ, or Raleigh, NC, or Indianapolis, IN, or Richardson, TX, or, Houston, TX, or Providence, RI, or Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to these areas Infosys HUB locations. This position may require travel in the US• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.• At least 4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.]• Administer and maintain AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure.• Perform Kubernetes cluster upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting.• Onboard applications and teams to container platforms per defined processes.• Implement GitOps workflows using Flux.• Manage persistent storage using Portworx.• Configure Ingress and NGINX Ingress Controllers.• Develop automation scripts using Python.• Monitor platform health using Grafana, Prometheus, and other observability tools.• Integrate security tools and practices into Kubernetes environments.• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms.• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes administration.• Experience with GitOps, Flux, and Portworx.• Proficiency in Python and automation.• Familiarity with certificate management.• Experience with observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.• Understanding of Ingress configuration and NGINX Ingress Controller.• Exposure to security integration in container platforms.• Work in PST time zone is required• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
