Team Leadership - Build, manage, and mentor high-performing teams of professionals, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources and driving a collaborative environment. Project Oversight - Oversee all phases of project, including planning, resource allocation, cost management, timelines, and deliverables for large-scale projects. Cross-Functional Coordination - Liaise with business, IT, QA, and other stakeholders to define requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment on project objectives. Process Improvement - Drive the continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and processes, fostering a culture of learning and maturity within the community. Defect & Risk Management - Monitor execution, manage, tracking and resolution, and proactively identify and implement mitigation strategies for project risks. Compliance & Quality Assurance - Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements and internal quality standards throughout the lifecycle. Stakeholder Communication - Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders, providing regular reports on project progress and results. SKILLS/COMPETENCIESBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred. 8+ years of End to end IT project management experience prefer in custom development.Extensive experience of project management and successful project deliveries .
