The responsibilities also include troubleshooting, fault analysis, failure avoidance, diagnosis and resolution for any impacting issues in a distributed environment. You will be working closely with Business Operations, Application Support groups, Development and Engineering teams to provide input on new functionality and system performance, observability, Reliability, Capacity management, monitoring and testing of infra upgrades and platform releases etc.Candidate must be located within commuting distance or willing to relocate to Alpharetta, GA.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 4 years of experience with Information Technology4 years of experience in Unix, Linux, Oracle DB and Splunk OR Grafana OR Kibana Experience in SDLC and ITIL, ITSM tools like Service Now, Remedy, Jira etc.4 years of experience in Production Support in any Financials DomainFundamental of Trouble shooting ToolsExperience in Chaos engineering/testingPreferred Qualifications: Hand- on in any scripting tool like Python, Perl or Unix or any Programming language like JavaAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentExperience and desire to work in a Global Delivery EnvironmentPlanning and Co-ordination skillsGood Communication and Analytical skillsMore accountable and responsibleSRE CertificationThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
