As a Scrum Master & Test Lead, you will work with engineering and product team to plan, strategize, drive daily scrums and work closely with upstream/upstream systems for deliverables and to unblock any impediments team might face in a fast paced environment. Also act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Candidate must be ready to work from Irvine, CA or be willing to relocate to the area.At least 4years of experience with Information Technology and Test AutomationStrong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle Experience with tools such as Selenium Cucumber, TestNG, IntelliJ, GitHub and Eclipse are desiredKnowledge and experience working in MDM tools like informatica, ETL Testing are desiredMust be Proficient in Agile methodology and experience with Jira, designing Testcases, Test Execution as well as experience documenting software defects.Maintain automated test scripts libraries for Functional, Regression testing.Hands-on experience in Java Programming, SQL and UI test automation. Experience in designing and building test automation framework.At least 4 years of experience in leading testing team taking complete ownership of deliverables.Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model.Experience in creating Automation Test Strategy and Test PlanExcellent coordination and communication skillsAbility to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaison with business teams to support UAT testing.Good knowledge of Financial Services domain and Sales business functional processesPreferred QualificationsAt least 4 years of experience in Functional Testing (SIT and UAT), test execution analysis & reportingAt least 4 years of experience in fast paced Agile environments playing role of scrum master and driving scrum calls. Thorough understanding of test automation, UI/Backend test automation conceptsGood Analytical and problem-solving skills.
