The candidate should also be comfortable using screenshots and visual aids to enhance documentation clarity.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for hardware, software, business processes, and system configurations.Finalize and standardize documentation across various stages including design, testing, installation, and administration.Edit and proofread content created by other technical writers to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to gather information and validate documentation.Ensure documentation meets quality standards and complies with internal and external requirements.Use visual elements such as screenshots and diagrams to support written content and improve user comprehension.Maintain version control and manage updates to documentation as products evolve.Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-driven environment.5+ years of proven experience in writing accurate technical documentationStrong understanding of technical concepts and ability to simplify complex information.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Educational Requirements:A bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred.The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
