In this role, you will design, develop, and customize Windchill PLM solutions, enabling workflow capabilities and integrating with enterprise systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver and maintain robust PLM capabilities, supporting both internal and external users.Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or Richardson, TX or Phoenix, AZ or Raleigh, NC, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Windchill development and customization.Experience with Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, ProjectLink, and PTC’s product suite.Proficiency in Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, and XML for Windchill modifications.Experience with workflows, lifecycles, ACLs, OIRs, InfoTasks, Webjects, and action models.Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies and tools such as Jira.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
