The role focuses on program management, BOM data loads, and EBOM to MBOM transformation. This role requires a strong blend of technical proficiency, leadership, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Required Qualifications:Candidate can be located in Richardson, TX or Phoenix, AZ or Raleigh, NC. This position will require travel to project locations.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution or related field required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Min 11 years Proven Windchill/PLM program management experience.Hands-on expertise in BOM data and EBOM to MBOM transformation.Strong understanding of PLM, configuration management, and manufacturing BOMs.Experience with Windchill modules and integrations.Excellent communication, stakeholder, and team leadership skills.Key Responsibilities would include:Lead Windchill/PLM program management and solutioning.Oversee BOM data loads and EBOM to MBOM transformation.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and roadmaps.Manage project milestones, risks, and team alignment.Ensure effective communication, reporting, and compliance.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
