In this strategic role, you will define solution architectures, guide technical teams, and ensure alignment of Windchill capabilities with business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions to deliver scalable, integrated, and future-ready PLM environmentsRequired Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or Richardson, TX or Phoenix, AZ or Raleigh, NC, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Windchill PLM, including solution design and customization.Deep expertise in Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, ProjectLink, and related PTC modules.Strong background in Java, J2EE, and web technologies as applied to PLM solutions.Proven experience with workflows, lifecycles, access controls, and system integrations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
