The candidate will interface with key stakeholders and apply domain and technical & functional proficiency including requirements elicitation, design, build and deployment of solutions for supporting customer’s Workday HCM application. Candidate will play an important role in creation and development of industry solutions. Candidate will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged and excellence is rewarded. Candidate will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts, serve as a key member of the Workday team participating in HCM digital projects, integration development and working with finance leads, technical product managers, corporate and business unit teams as well as third parties, to orchestrate digital solutions in using Workday HCM. Required Qualifications:At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas TX, Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Hartford CT, Phoenix AZ or Indianapolis IN or be willing to relocate to one of the areas. This position may require travel in the US and Canada. 4 years of software development life cycle4 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation or support projects and relevant experience in HCM domain in implementation / support projects related to Workday applicationCandidate should be proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports, and be able to suggest best practices.Must have hands on experience in working on Workday cloud projectsMust have experience in HCM Modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent, Learn, Time & Labor)Must be proficient in implementing IT/business Solution in Workday cloud building integrations, reports as well as customization of business process utilizing native Workday tools.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Knowledge of agile practices and ability to implement the project in agile mode and experience and desire to work in a global delivery environmentExcellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
