Position Summary

As Ingénieur Amélioration Continue in Liévin, France, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives on production lines, deploy group-wide SPS processes, optimize methods, and support new product introductions. This mid-level role demands a mechanical engineering background, Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and strong communication skills to mentor teams and deliver measurable gains in efficiency, quality, and yield.

Key Responsibilities

• Amélioration Continue: Identify dysfunctions, implement corrective actions, deploy SPS (5S, VSM, AMDEC, TPM, SMED, Kaizen, Lean), conduct internal audits, and train staff on problem-solving (8D, QQOQCCP, QRQC), Kanban, poka-yoke, and visual management.
• Méthodes: Standardize production, maintenance, and quality documentation; digitalize records; analyze data (Six Sigma, Cp/Cpk) to define improvement plans; train teams on best practices.
• Nouveaux Produits: Plan and oversee trials, qualify raw materials/packaging/lines per protocols, manage sample requests, and report results to group stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of successful experience in a similar role.
• Operational English (B2-C1 level).
• Expertise in Lean/Six Sigma tools, problem resolution, and MS Office; Oracle ERP a plus.
• Soft skills: Service-oriented, communicative pedagogue, adaptable, rigorous, pragmatic, proactive.

This full-time position offers an estimated salary of 45,000-60,000 EUR annually, based on market rates for Liévin engineering roles.
