Prepare detailed reports, recommend actions, and escalate high-risk cases. Use open and closed sources to spot discrepancies, red flags, and inconsistencies. Analyze profiles for threats like state-sponsored actors, eCrime involvement, or risky associations. Detect fraud, deception, or espionage through behavior, documents, and interviews. Coordinate enhanced vetting with internal teams and third-party agencies.
Refine candidate and employee screening protocols to counter emerging threats, especially state actors and foreign interference. Collaborate on automation, scalability, and efficiency. Monitor industry trends and geopolitical events impacting hiring security. Ensure compliance with GDPR, FCRA, CCPA, and other frameworks. Brief risks to diverse audiences, conduct investigations, and deploy mitigations like briefings, eLearnings, newsletters, and case studies.
