Job Description
Responsibilities
- Helping to prioritize and define the roadmap for the team's direction
- Creating robust analytical frameworks to refine decision-making across various initiatives
- Assisting in the sizing and scoping of potential problems and opportunities within our systems
- Translating complex datasets into understandable narratives and actionable recommendations
- Proactively identifying areas for significant impact, growth, and investment
- Engage with senior leadership and executive team on a regular basis
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience utilizing data to inform strategic decisions
- Comfort working in dynamic and ambiguous environments
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Proven ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives
- Experience managing and prioritizing work across multiple teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with and passion for working in ambiguous, unpredictable, 0-1 environments
- Experience communicating and engaging with Senior leadership and executive teams
