Role Overview

As an Instrumentation and Automation Technician at PepsiCo's facility in Tsaritsyno, Moscow, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability of our production equipment. This position involves hands-on work with control-measurement instruments and automation systems (КИПиА), ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Reporting to the maintenance supervisor, you'll handle everything from routine calibrations to emergency repairs, contributing directly to our efficient supply chain in the food and beverage sector. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will keep our Moscow facility at peak performance:

• Execute repair, regulation, testing, installation, setup, and calibration of КИПиА systems to ensure accurate measurements and control.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and emergency repairs, swiftly addressing faults and notifying supervisors of extended downtimes.
• Conduct regular inspections of instruments, automation, data acquisition systems, and safety interlocks.
• Respond to production requests, adhering to PPM schedules while identifying inefficiencies in electricity, steam, water, and compressed air usage, and proposing optimizations.
• Install cable and pneumatic trays, assemble control cabinets, and assist in equipment mounting and commissioning.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and production areas, including shift handovers with detailed electronic log entries.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek skilled technicians ready to excel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment:

• Secondary or technical education in mechanics, instrumentation, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience as an instrumentation fitter (slusar KIPiA) or similar.
• Knowledge of PC applications for maintenance logging; familiarity with production processes is a plus.
• Electrosafety certification Group III (up to 1000V) highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work shifts.
