Role Overview

As an Instrumentation and Automation Technician at PepsiCo's facility in Tsaritsyno, Moscow, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability of our production equipment. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will keep our Moscow facility at peak performance:

  • Execute repair, regulation, testing, installation, setup, and calibration of КИПиА systems to ensure accurate measurements and control.
  • Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and emergency repairs, swiftly addressing faults and notifying supervisors of extended downtimes.
  • Conduct regular inspections of instruments, automation, data acquisition systems, and safety interlocks.
  • Respond to production requests, adhering to PPM schedules while identifying inefficiencies in electricity, steam, water, and compressed air usage, and proposing optimizations.
  • Install cable and pneumatic trays, assemble control cabinets, and assist in equipment mounting and commissioning.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and production areas, including shift handovers with detailed electronic log entries.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Secondary or technical education in mechanics, instrumentation, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience as an instrumentation fitter (slusar KIPiA) or similar.
  • Knowledge of PC applications for maintenance logging; familiarity with production processes is a plus.
  • Electrosafety certification Group III (up to 1000V) highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work shifts.
