Position Summary

As Integrated Operations Lead in Brisbane, QLD, you’ll bridge day-to-day support from our Brisbane office to the Curtis Island LNG Facility. This full-time role ensures APLNG Downstream Operations hits HSE, production, and business targets. Key focus areas include integrated production planning, hydrocarbon engineering, mass balance closure, and shipping delivery plans. Ideal for engineers with Major Hazard Facility experience seeking impactful LNG operations leadership.

What You Will Do

Facilitate Cross-Functional Operations

Lead daily meetings between Brisbane and Curtis Island teams to set priorities and identify Brisbane support needs. Engage stakeholders to align production plans with operational realities, conducting reviews for continuous improvement.

Drive Production Optimization

Perform daily and monthly LNG production mass balances to pinpoint system losses, allocate them, and optimize facility output. Implement strategies for LNG tank inventory, boil-off gas management, and vessel loading to minimize risks.

Manage Key Systems and Reporting

Serve as Custodian and Change Management Owner for the Energy Components hydrocarbon accounting system. Act as secondary AEMO reporting contact and liaise with Global Marine Assurance, LNG buyers, charterers, operators, and regulators during unplanned events.

Support Broader Goals

Handle ad-hoc tasks from the Integrated Operations Manager, ensuring seamless operations in a high-stakes LNG environment.
