Role Overview

The Integration Solution Architect (Remote) is a partner-focused technical expert at CrowdStrike, guiding Integration Partners to maximize the potential of the Falcon platform. This role blends deep technical cybersecurity knowledge with business acumen to support strategic alliances. You'll contribute to partner solutions, architecture, delivery, training, and execution while representing Solution Architecture & Alliances needs internally. Fully remote anywhere in the US, this position offers the chance to shape technology strategies that meet corporate and partner goals, present and future. With a salary range of $135,000 - $205,000 USD (plus upside potential), it's an ideal opportunity for security professionals passionate about integrations and growth.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll drive technical excellence and partnership success. Key responsibilities include:

• Creating solutions and integrations between partner technologies and CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform.
• Working closely with Integration Partners' Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, and Corporate Engineering to promote sales growth.
• Assisting Global & Strategic partner teams with integration validation.
• Supporting partners with NFR (No Fee Required) environments, including installations, troubleshooting, and training on CrowdStrike products.
• Providing demo environments and inputs for technical enablement offerings.
• Acting as an interface between multiple internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Delivering reporting and feedback on partner field activities.
• Participating in security conferences, lunch & learns, and partner-sponsored events.

Travel and Collaboration

Expect up to 30% domestic and international travel for business-critical needs (adjusted during pandemics). This role thrives on collaboration, bridging partners and internal teams to accelerate CrowdStrike's mission to stop breaches.

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate brings a potent mix of technical depth and security marketplace savvy. Required qualifications include:

• Significant technical capability in modern security platforms, with knowledge in Endpoint Defense, Modern Malware Lifecycle, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident Response, or Endpoint Management.
• Experience with modern programming languages like Golang, Python, Java, or C++.
• Prior experience in a security-focused Solution Architect or Sales Engineer role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior executives and diverse audiences.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, VBScript, Bash, and/or Python; familiarity with APIs, scripting, and data exchange formats.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.

Optional but valued: Business development experience in consulting/services, and certifications like CISSP, CEH, Security+, or similar.
