Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Partner with engineers to build safe, effective internal AI tools and copilots
• Evaluate AI use cases and establish standards for responsible implementation
• Analyze workflow challenges using data-driven insights and MongoDB's analytics capabilities

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as an Internal AI Product Management Intern at MongoDB, you'll need:

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, agents, or workflows (coursework, projects, integrations)
• Critical thinking about AI value, risks, and responsible implementation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Python, R, or programming languages
