• Managing the incentives platform, including changes, maintenance, issue resolution, reward shipping strategies, timelines, UX improvements across web, app, and WhatsApp, plus KPI analysis and enhancement strategies.
• Overseeing specialized service providers in processes, communications, and design.
• Analyzing sales force platform behavior to generate actionable insights and data-backed improvement proposals.
• Translating business needs into concrete digital solutions that elevate the sales team's experience.
• Supporting platform implementation, continuous improvements in redemptions, mechanics, and communications tailored to sales force requirements.
