  • Analyzing sales force platform behavior to generate actionable insights and data-backed improvement proposals.
  • Translating business needs into concrete digital solutions that elevate the sales team's experience.
  • Supporting platform implementation, continuous improvements in redemptions, mechanics, and communications tailored to sales force requirements.
