This 6-month internship as Assistant(e) Catégorie Management et Stratégorie Commerciale starts on July 1, 2026, in Colombes (92700), France. Based within the 'Demand Accelerator' team, specifically the 7-person Category Management Market Strategy unit, you will contribute to defining category priorities, retailer strategies, and in-store transformation levers (assortment, merchandising, cross-merchandising, promotions) across PepsiCo's GMS (Grande et Moyenne Surface) businesses. Gain hands-on experience in a high-impact role interfacing with marketing, sales, and analytics teams, working on strategies that drive value in hypermarkets, supermarkets, proximity stores, and drive-throughs.
Your work will center on the 4P commercial strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), ensuring seamless project execution from development to in-store implementation. This internship offers exposure to Nielsen and Kantar panel data, competitive benchmarking, and strategic presentations for both clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is currently in their 2nd or 3rd year of a top Business School (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce) or equivalent university program. Prior internship experience in the grande distribution (retail/grocery) sector is highly preferred. Technical requirements: Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with distributor panels like Nielsen or Circana.
