Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Define and enforce governance frameworks and best practices for internal platforms including Confluence, Slack, Google Groups, and Zoom Digital Signage.
• Lead maintenance of a clean, accurate, up-to-date companywide intranet serving Datadog's global workforce.
• Establish standards for internal documentation: naming conventions, metadata, update cadences, and search optimization.
• Convene and lead a cross-functional stakeholder council to address communication needs and best practices.
• Design advanced workflows, automations, APIs, webhooks, and integrations supporting knowledge management objectives.
• Analyze platform usage trends using data analytics to evaluate effectiveness and drive strategic improvements.
• Partner with Enterprise IT to ensure content sourcing and consistency across all internal tools.
• Create comprehensive documentation, training, and enablement materials for key communication technologies.
• Monitor and optimize internal channels using Datadog monitoring tools for performance insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 8+ years experience managing enterprise intranets or knowledge-management systems with advanced Confluence features.
• Expert Slack administration including group management, auditing, monitoring, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management: explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, lead workshops.
• Energized by fast-paced environments; quick learner of new tools and technologies in high-growth SaaS companies.
• Strong writer with editorial judgment from content-quality or editorial roles.
• Proven use of data and analytics to inform content strategy and operational decisions.
• Familiarity with technical writing, information architecture, library sciences, system administration, or data management.
• Preferred: system administration, software development, or scripting experience.
