RESUME AND JOB
Intuit
Intuit is a global technology platform that helps consumers and small and mid-market businesses overcome their most important financial challenges. Serving more than 100 million customers worldwide with TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.
To succeed, SMBs and mid-market businesses must increase their revenue and profitability over time. However, confidently navigating the business decisions to grow is a major challenge for many because to inform these decisions requires mashing together their data from various systems and performing analysis to produce insights and decisions. Intuit enables this by offering Reporting, Analytics and Insights, collectively known as Business Intelligence (BI). We view BI not as a single atomic module, but as an array of offerings from simple tabular reports to deep, AI-generated insights and recommendations, specifically designed per vertical, enabling customers to rapidly see value and grow with the platform as their business matures.
Responsibilities
The PM Director for BI, India, will focus on three key areas of BI: Reporting, Analytics and Done-For-You experiences (Agents). The Reporting layer offers standard and customizable reports, built for the needs of various verticals, personas and domains, from simple tables to beautiful, comprehensive, AI-narrated business summaries. The Analytics layer offers a deep, world-class environment for data manipulation and analysis, including natural-language querying for insights. Finally, agents build on all of these capabilities to proactively support business operations. Core to all of these areas is a foundation focus on platform: the capabilities built by BI serve both internal and external customers, enabling other teams to build domain-specific BI solutions on top of our platform.
Core Role Accountabilities: Within the 3-and-1 year plan, this role is accountable for:
Transform our reporting offerings into a robust, deep platform offering, empowering internal groups to build reports and dashboards suitable for various verticals and customer types.
Deliver a world-class Analytics solution with an eye towards partnerships for acceleration.
Successfully drive growth and adoption of the full spectrum of BI offerings.
Qualifications
You need to have around 18 years of experience leading impactful and large product teams. To be effective in this role, the Director of Product will have the personal drive and enthusiasm to successfully navigate a growing company in an evolving marketplace. The ideal candidate will embody Intuit’s 5 core values:
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
