Join Intuit's Customer Success organization as a BSA Group Manager within the highly talented Expert Network BSA team. This role offers end-to-end accountability for driving initiatives that build an
AI-driven expert platform, ultimately helping customers solve their most significant financial challenges. You will be responsible for leading new innovations with a focus on high-quality execution.
As a 'village leader,' you will mobilize and rally teams across Customer Success and beyond to deliver new initiatives. Additionally, you will lead and develop a team of highly skilled Business Systems Analysts, fostering their growth and ensuring their collective impact. This includes overseeing the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) function within the team.
We are looking for leaders for whom operations is a towering strength, who have deep experience kicking off initiatives and landing them on the ground. You are an athlete who will wear many hats and work across teams to deliver tangible outcomes. You will engage senior leaders in highly matrixed organizations, consistently show a bias for action driving execution and above all, delivering delightful experiences to our experts, operators and customers. This role requires a tech-savvy professional with strong experience in AI and a track record of leveraging AI for improving efficiencies within BSA processes.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Southern California: $184,500 - $249,500
Bay Area California: $206,000 - $278,500
60,000 - 100,000 USD / yearly
