Intuit
A company focused on AI
Intuit is a global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for consumers and businesses around the world. We are one of the best kept secrets in tech - a Silicon Valley giant, focused on AI, growing rapidly around the world. We have around 18K employees, approximately 100M customers and products in 100+ markets around the world. We are growing rapidly thanks to our bets on AI.
Intuit International
Intuit has a rapidly expanding business outside the US - the International Organisation. International is organised into 3 regions for scale, EMEA, APAC, Canada/LATAM serviced from the International hubs of London, Sydney, Toronto. Our International business focuses on two main segments; Small Business and Emerging Mid-Market and the key channels that support them - Accountants and Agencies. The objectives of the International business are to bring Intuit's AI-driven expert platform to market for small and medium sized businesses.
AI-driven expert platform
Today, Small and Medium-sized businesses rely on a patchwork of tools to solve their most important problems. The variety of choices rarely translate to a seamless workflow — instead, customers are stuck with disconnected tools or overly complex platforms. Intuit can offer a differentiated proposition through the connected E2E platform that SMEs depend on daily to run and grow their business. Our connected platform will automate tasks that often impede cashflow, by helping businesses get customers and manage cash flow better while unlocking better decisions. This will be achieved through a suite of connected apps, delivering done-for-you-experiences, providing data driven insights, ability to “hire” AI agents that have fluency over tasks, workflows and jobs with the proactive counsel of a suite of live experts, putting a virtual C-suite behind millions of SMBs. This year, we will launch our done-for-you platform with AI and Expertise across both the QuickBooks and Mailchimp brands increasing the value we deliver to customers globally.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal Communications Manager to lead and execute the internal communications strategy across the EMEA (and wider APAC, Canada, and LATAM) region. This is a critical, senior-level position requiring a true strategic partner who can not only execute best-in-class communications but also provide thought leadership and contribute directly to the cultural and business success of the region.
The successful candidate will be a member of the EMEA Leadership Team and will play a pivotal role in aligning regional priorities with global company narratives while fostering a strong, high-performance culture.
We work in a hybrid environment and our teams come into our Victoria, London, office 3 x days a week.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted strategic partner and communications advisor to the EMEA Leadership Team and key senior stakeholders, ensuring communications efforts are tightly integrated with regional business targets and strategic alignment.
Develop, execute, and continuously evolve the comprehensive EMEA internal communications strategy and plan, focusing on driving employee engagement, clarity, and alignment.
Provide thought leadership on cultural indicators, supporting the organization's growth goals by positioning internal communications as a key growth lever that indirectly contributes to customer growth and service adoption.
Note: This approximated focus for this role is 60% EMEA, 30-40% International (CAN/LATAM, APAC, EMEA)
Qualifications
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
