As an Inventory Accounting Specialist at PepsiCo's Moscow Lianozovo facility, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory management and reporting within our dynamic warehouse operations. This position involves monitoring document flows in SAP, generating essential reports, and supporting inventory accuracy to keep our supply chain running smoothly. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will contribute to the efficiency of our production center, handling everything from claim resolutions to balance adjustments. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will keep our warehouse operations at peak performance:

• Monitor and control document flow for all operations in the SAP system to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Generate and provide daily reports on write-offs for current inventory based on production plans.
• Deliver ad-hoc reports as requested by the Accounting Manager.
• Oversee storage conditions for finished products to maintain quality standards.
• Process and resolve claims received at the production center related to shipped waybills, issuing notes to responsible employees.
• Compile statistics on underloads, overloads, missorts, and shipments to branches and clients due to production center errors.
• Perform corrections to product balances using actual data from stock counts versus system records.
• Submit daily shift reports on product movement and write-offs to the Accounting Manager.
• Actively participate in periodic inventory audits to verify stock accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek detail-oriented professionals ready to thrive in a logistics-focused environment:

• Education: Secondary specialized or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience: At least 1 year in warehouse logistics or similar roles.
• Technical Skills: Confident PC user with advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP experience preferred.
• Other: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work shift schedules including nights.
