  • Scheduling workforce, evaluating stock levels, monitoring shrinkage, and designing control procedures.
  • Leading employee development through training, coaching, performance appraisals, hiring, and disciplinary processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, and enforcing compliance with OSHA, DEA, FDA, and local regulations.
  • Handling daily Deselect reports, ad hoc Excel reporting, attendance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role spends the majority of time on the warehouse floor, ensuring operational excellence and a safe, productive environment.
