Role Overview

As an Inventory Controller at PepsiCo's Moscow Lianozovo facility, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse operations. This full-time position involves hands-on inventory management, quality checks, and support for picking and shipping processes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inventory counts of the warehouse to maintain precise stock levels.
• Perform inventory checks during shifts in the picking zone to minimize discrepancies.
• Prepare for and actively participate in monthly full warehouse inventories.
• Identify, locate, and resolve product shortages, surpluses, or misplacements (shortages/excesses/mis-sorts).
• Replace defective products in picking, shipping, and storage areas.
• Distribute returned products back to designated cells from return sections and shipping docks.
• Detect mis-sorts in picking and storage zones by batch and date.
• Sort and handle test products.
• Assemble internal orders (estimates).
• Collaborate with the quality department to verify products in picking and storage.
• Review and verify shift-end reports by recounting cells.
