Role Overview

The Inventory Coordinator position at Cardinal Health's Madison, MS facility is a full-time, dayshift opportunity (Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:40PM or until tasks complete) paying $15.00-$22.74 per hour based on experience. Key Responsibilities

As an Inventory Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient inventory flow:

• Daily monitoring and reporting of service levels, retaining optimal days of inventory on hand.
• Executing product transfers between Cardinal Health distribution centers to balance supply.
• Generating and analyzing MS Excel spreadsheets to track inventory, purchasing statistics, and forecast supply levels.
• Processing slow-moving, overstock, and discontinued products for vendor returns or inter-center transfers.
• Negotiating with vendors to secure product returns and resolve shortages or excesses.
• Fulfilling orders through accurate picking, quality control checks, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Performing housekeeping, inventory control tasks, and maintaining a safe, clean warehouse environment.
• Cross-training across warehouse functions and supporting special projects as assigned.

Expect daily collaboration with Inventory Control, Buyers, Category Managers, and divisional contacts to keep product moving seamlessly.

Equipment and Safety Focus
