Description

Nous recherchons un Juriste FIA confirmé (CDI) afin d’accompagner la croissance du Groupe IQ-EQ en France. Vous deviendrez membre de l’équipe juridique d’IQ EQ MANAGEMENT SAS, société de gestion de portefeuille du Groupe basée à Paris et serez rattaché au responsable juridique FIA local. Vous participerez à la structuration des projets et au suivi de la vie juridique et sociale des fonds gérés par la société de gestion.

• Structurer, créer et suivre les FIA (FPS, FPCI, OFS…), en lien avec avocats et AMF.

• Rédiger et négocier les contrats liés au lancement et à la vie des fonds.

• Assurer le suivi réglementaire auprès de l’AMF et la gestion de la base ROSA.

• Accompagner les équipes internes (gestion, middle office, conformité) sur les questions juridiques.

• Participer aux négociations clients et aux comités internes.

Qualifications

• Formation juridique Bac+5, spécialisation en droit financier ou asset management.

• Minimum 3-5 ans d’expérience en société de gestion ou cabinet d’avocats.

• Maîtrise du cadre réglementaire AIFMD et bonnes connaissances MIFID, SFDR, ELTIF.

• Anglais courant, excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et d’analyse.

• Esprit collaboratif, rigueur et aisance relationnelle avec équipes et clients.
