This role is based in Mumbai, India offering the chance to work with an international team on global initiatives.

You'll Make a Difference By:

·       Champion Stakeholder relationship management:

• Driving innovation and scouting for opportunities to increase business value through technology.
• Understanding business requirements from DI stakeholders in data & AI.
• Aligning data activities in APAC region with the global DI data strategy
• Proactively recommending IT approaches to business opportunities and challenges.
• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
• Seamless Domain Integration:
• Managing the portfolio of demands, projects, and services, understanding the business environment and objectives.
• Steering IT Roadmap implementation in close collaboration with business organizations

·       Drive effective Tools usage / Management:

o   Oversee the implementation, customization, prioritization and optimization of multi-domain IT platforms

• Ensure reuse and scalability of IT tools/ applications in regional zone
• Manage the repository of IT tools for the regional zone
• Keeping management and employees informed on IT strategies, priorities, and projects.
• Aligning and sharing best practices across IT and Digital Industries IT organizations
• Drive digital IT roadmap effectively by adapting Value stream mapping, impact analysis
• Change Management and Training:
• Drive adoption of new tools and systems through effective management strategies.
• Provide training and support to ensure business teams are proficient with technology

Your success is grounded in:

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or Data Science, or equivalent practical experience. MBA would be added qualification (Finance/Data management or Sales Ops)
• 10+ years of IT experience, ideally in a customer-facing capacity

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• A customer and value-oriented mindset.
• Ability to develop IT Roadmaps and work effectively with leadership.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and travel as needed.

·       International cultural sensitivity (Asian and European)

• Willingness to learn, grasp and adapt to new skills. Enthusiastic and Experimental

Technical Expertise:

• Sales and finance related capabilities like AI in sales, automation, virtual selling, and Customer engagement. Also, expertise in enterprise platforms like Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft Technologies  

·       Strong Data capabilities like Knowledge of KPIs, sales/deliver metrics, and how to derive insights from data.

• Project & Collaboration Tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint
• Experience with requirement analysis, business case development, and solution design.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML, BI frontend tools, and data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake).
• Demonstrated experience leading mid-sized digital projects using agile approaches.
