Position Summary

This mid-level position involves collaborating with IT managers, preparing comprehensive project documentation, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on-time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities
- Provide Project Management services and support to IT Managers.
- Prepare essential documentation like Project Charters, WBS, schedules, cost estimates, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate all project aspects for safe, timely, and budget-compliant implementation.
- Identify needs, success criteria, risks, and resource issues; monitor progress and adjust scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
- Lead troubleshooting, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support Change Management and ensure all requirements are communicated effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT project management and service desk support.
- Strong skills in documentation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to balance multiple projects with attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools and methodologies.
