Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage high-priority incident tickets using tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
  • Perform user account administration in Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for escalations and root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to knowledge base updates and end-user training programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years in IT Service Desk or Help Desk roles, with Tier 2/3 experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft applications, and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, SCCM).
  • ITIL certification or equivalent knowledge highly desirable.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
