Business Systems Analyst with experience supporting manufacturing and enterprise systems within global, multi-site environments. Proven ability to bridge business operations and information technology by translating complex manufacturing, quality, and operational needs into clear, testable, and traceable requirements. Strong collaborator with Quality Assurance (QA) and Process / Production / Program Analysts (PA) to ensure solutions are aligned with business intent, system capabilities, and validation expectations.

Demonstrated expertise in conducting business analysis needs assessments, gap analysis, and current-state vs. future-state evaluations to recommend effective and scalable IT solutions that support manufacturing operations. Experienced in performing preliminary cost/benefit analysis and risk assessments to align technology initiatives with business objectives and operational constraints.

Highly skilled in requirements elicitation and documentation, leading workshops and interviews with end users, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Operations. Adept at producing high-quality artifacts such as business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, user stories, business process models, and UI wireframes, with a strong focus on clarity, completeness, and testability.

Works closely with QA teams to ensure requirements are verifiable and validated, supporting the creation of test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria. Actively collaborates with QA during system and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring defects and gaps are identified early and resolved effectively. Partners with PA and operational stakeholders to ensure user stories accurately reflect manufacturing processes, data flows, and operational scenarios.

Experienced in requirements lifecycle management, including traceability, prioritization, change control, and impact analysis. Ensures alignment between business needs, system design, testing, and implementation, particularly for changes impacting manufacturing execution, quality systems, integrations, and reporting.

Acts as a key participant during system implementation and deployment, supporting cutover activities, user training, and post-go-live stabilization. Serves as an escalation point for complex issues, performing root cause analysis and producing clear technical and functional documentation for ongoing support and continuous improvement.

Proactively contributes to process improvement initiatives, sharing best practices across teams and sites and identifying opportunities to improve analysis standards, documentation quality, and collaboration between Business Analysis, QA, and technical teams. Operates with a structured, pragmatic, and process-driven approach in alignment with Jabil’s global standards and manufacturing excellence principles.

Experienced in using Azure DevOps to manage and track user stories, features, defects, and tasks, ensuring full requirements traceability from analysis through development, testing, and deployment. Actively supports sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release tracking by maintaining well-defined work items, acceptance criteria, and linkage between requirements, test cases, and defects.
