🎓 Formació (REQUISIT IMPRESCINDIBLE)

• Grau en Enginyeria Mecànica, Enginyeria Industrial, Enginyeria en Organització Industrial o similar.
• Base sòlida en processos productius 

⭐ Es valorarà molt positivament

• Coneixements o experiència en digitalització de processos productius:
  • Gestió documental i de base de dades 
  • Dashboards (Excel avançat, Power BI, Power Apps, Sharepoint, o similars)
• Experiència en millora contínua i Lean Manufacturing:
  • 5S
  • Millora de layouts
  • Estandardització de processos
• Experiència prèvia en planta o taller, encara que sigui en pràctiques o primers anys.
• Capacitat d’unir taller + dades + millora.

• Mentalitat de millora contínua i orientació a resoldre problemes reals.
• Perfil organitzat, estructurat i autònom.
• Bona comunicació i capacitat de traduir problemes operatius en accions concretes.

• Transformaràs dades i informació de planta en eines digitals útils (dashboards, registres, seguiment d’indicadors).
• Impulsaràs iniciatives de millora contínua i Lean Manufacturing (5S, estandardització, millora de layouts).
• Digitalitzaràs processos per aportar ordre, visibilitat i suport a la presa de decisions.
• Lideraràs projectes de gestió documental i control de revisions
